Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items using wok techniques in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Manage multiple wok burners simultaneously with precision and speed.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, including wok stations, prep areas, and cooking surfaces.
- Monitor food quality, taste, and appearance; adjust seasoning and presentation as necessary.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling and storage of food.
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and other kitchen duties as needed.
- Communicate clearly with other kitchen staff and servers to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.

Qualifications
